Delete your account

This is how to delete a Grotalia account, the game by Consultoría EHERO S.L.U., with all its data.

From the game

1. Open Grotalia and, in town, tap Settings.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with Yes, delete everything.

It is deleted from the server at once and can't be undone. The phone is left with a new account and a fresh game, in case you want to keep playing.

Without the game

If you no longer have the game installed or can't open it, write to info@consultoriaehero.com with the subject "Delete my Grotalia account" and your player number (shown in Settings › Account). If you don't have it, tell us what you remember: your class, level, how deep you got and when you last played. We delete it within 30 days at most and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

• Your installation's identifier and your player number.
• Your game backup with all your progress: class, level, gear, gold, storage, bestiary and how deep you went.
• The record of the rewarded videos you watched.
• The codes created to move the account to another device.
• The days you played, your country and your language.

What stays

• Server backups rotate: the deletion may take a few more days to disappear from all of them.
• Nothing else: our server keeps no ad data and the game sells nothing.
